The card with your identification data (passport) that has been given to you at Reception as well as your bracelet, if applicable, accredit you and identify you as a hotel guest. Please, always carry it with you within the hotel facilities.
The entrance to the hotel of any person not accredited as a guest is prohibited as well as subject to extra charges. If you want to host or invite another person with you, please ask at Reception.
The use of the identification bracelet is mandatory and is subject to your accommodation and pension reservation contract, if applicable. You must always wear it visible.
We ask for your collaboration to leave your room before 12:00 on the day of departure. On your departure, do not forget to pay your bill and hand over your room key cards at the Reception.
Kindly do not hang clothes or towels over your balcony or terrace railing.
Do not use the towels or other clothes in the room for outdoor use.
We kindly ask you to always wear footwear in all hotel facilities.
If during your stay it coincides with a programmed drill with intervention instructions (evacuation), we inform you that we need your collaboration (Real Decreto Ley 305/96, of December 26)
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel facilities, including the rooms and their balconies or terraces.
Restaurant and bar rules
According to the rules of this establishment and in order to maintain a pleasant atmosphere for our guests, it is recommended to not entering the restaurants or food and beverage areas in a bathing suit or without a shirt or dress, in the case of ladies.
It is not allowed to take out food or drinks from the hotel restaurants.
The consumption of drinks is not allowed in the pool, its edges and beaches.
It is not allowed to bring drinks purchased outside the establishment to our restaurants or bars.
For boards that do not include drinks (bed and breakfast, half board, etc.), please always order the restaurant staff your drinks and do not serve yourself from drinks of the All Inclusive offer.
At H10 Tindaya we carefully follow the policy of responsible alcohol consumption. Our bar and restaurant staff are trained and authorized to determine when it is enough in this regard.
Safety rules for the Thalasso Center
Access to the Despacio Thalasso Center entitles you to one ticket per day (morning or afternoon). To access the facilities again it is necessary to pay a new ticket.
The minimum age to enter the center is 16 years old (except in the mornings with the Family Thalasso program where children must be accompanied by an adult)
Out of respect for clients receiving personalized treatments or relaxing in common areas, please keep your voice moderate.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the Despacio Thalasso Center facility.
For reasons of safety and hygiene, it is not allowed to practice nudism in the centre''s facilities.
It is not allowed to enter with food and drinks.
To enter the sauna and Turkish bath it is necessary to bring a bathing suit and a towel.
Pool and jacuzzi
To enter the water area you must bring a bathing suit, hat and flip flops. At the reception of the center you will be provided with a towel and a bathrobe. We ask you to return them at the exit of the same.
It is mandatory to shower before using the facilities.
Access to people with any type of plaster, bandage or wound will not be allowed.
For the safety of our clients, do not access with floats, inflatables or objects that may be dangerous (sharp, glass, metal or any other that may fall or break and harm another person or yourself)
In addition, it is not allowed to run or jump into the pool; Access through the areas enabled for it and respect the rest of the users.
We recommend not using the pools or Jacuzzi without respecting the resting time after a meal.
For safety and hygiene reasons, you should wear a towel, a T-shirt and sports shoes when using the gym. Likewise, it is not allowed to enter the installation wet.
Minors under 16 years of age who wish to use the machinery must always be accompanied by an adult and are entirely under their responsibility. We recommend that children under this age avoid using heavy machinery.
You cannot access the gym by eating or drinking, except water.
In our gym you have towels and paper and a disinfectant product to clean the machines before and after use. Remember to always use the towel.
